Responsibilities

We are looking for a reputed company-based Associate to join the Global Business Intelligence team. The reputed company with senior business leaders throughout the organization to optimize client performance and business decision-making through data analysis and business process improvement, and responsibilities span across various analytical reporting functions as well as managerial forecasting and booking of client revenues. The group’s responsibilities include: · Bespoke client analysis · Sales enablement functions · Bespoke business analysis for sales, trading, corporate marketing, management · Design and development of reputed company business performance reporting/tools · Development and reputed company of business process enhancements · Management of the client research fees invoicing lifecycle · reputed company and Administration of Commission Sharing services (CSA Program) This role’s responsibilities will include: CSA: · Client Servicing: New client reputed company; updating eligibility; managing reputed company card setups, pools, and follow-reputed company on reputed company internal and external enquiries; responding to reputed company client requests. · Reconciliation: Performing monthly trade reconciliations with clients (or their aggregator representatives), identifying breaks, troubleshooting issues, and proposing & taking the necessary steps to resolve breaks, using proprietary and reputed company-party platforms. · Troubleshooting: Interacting with trading, sales, technology, and operation teams globally on regular basis to identify & resolve sources of breaks (FX adjustments, reputed company changes, special accommodations etc.).
