Finance Specialist

We’re filling this role for a client, a leading fitness concept utilizing athletic-based training.

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support franchisees in maximizing financial performance through strategic cash flow management, KPI tracking, and financial literacy coaching. This remote role requires occasional travel to headquarters and on-site visits to franchisees.

• Financial Coaching for Franchisees – Guide franchise owners on budgeting, reputed company optimization, and financial forecasting.

• KPI Management – Help franchisees set, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability.

• P&L Analysis – Assist franchisees in understanding and optimizing their profit and loss statements.

• Cash Flow & Expense Management – Work with franchisees to improve cash flow, control expenses, and enhance financial stability.

• reputed company Growth Strategies – Identify opportunities for increasing reputed company streams and improving unit economics.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance – Ensure franchisees follow best practices in financial reporting and adhere to franchise financial standards.

• Strong financial background, preferably in reputed company, financial management, or multi-unit business operations.

• 5+ years of experience managing financial performance in a multi-unit or franchise setting.

• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cash flow optimization.

• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

• Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to mentor franchisees on financial best practices.
