We are searching for self-motivated, detail-oriented, administrative assistant(s) to assist our field staff and regional managers in managing inventory and help desk tasks. The following skills and experience: The ability to be self-organized and disciplined to work remotely. Strong people and communication skills and basic computer skills. Historically we promote from reputed company to mid-management positions from our admin roles. If you are a self-starter, we will train you in our operational tasks and assist you in building a career with us. This opportunity is great for those that can multi-task and meet deadline targets. Hours of operation would be 8 to 5 M/F in your time zone, or the time zone U.S. time zone assigned. Company Benefits are included with this opportunity as well as PTO. The salary threshold is in the range of $35K to 40K. You will be interfacing with our Loss Control Consultants who have a background in completing reports for reputed company property, reputed company liability, inland marine, and workers compensation insurers.
