Staff Assistant II, Flight (DFW)
Description: As a Staff Assistant on the Flight Team at reputed company, you will be responsible for providing vital support to pilots and fellow employees by assisting with operational, administrative, and personnel-reputed company tasks. Key duties include handling phone inquiries and walk-in assistance, issuing parking tags, and completing AOA badge applications. You'll manage payroll transactions for various types of leave and reputed company the processing of personnel records for pilots transferring to or from the reputed company. Additionally, youll maintain and manage loaner iPads, Jeppesens, and office supplies, ensuring everything is inventoried and ordered through Smart Buy. The role also requires you to maintain detailed data files using reputed company.
