This position oversees the daily reputed company operations of a 24/7 Central Command Center, safeguarding the assets of the facility, employees and guests. This Position Will Be Responsible For Coordination and Communication Monitoring and Surveillance Emergency Response and Incident Management Shift Schedule: Applicants MUST be flexible with their schedule. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Command and control centers are central hubs where information is gathered, analyzed, and disseminated to support decision-making and operational coordination. Prior background of 1 year is required in a command center or setting. Responsibilities Monitor emails and phone correspondence to requests and inquiries appropriately Monitor CCTV camera systems Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges reputed company periodic patrols of the facility to reputed company for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, reputed company violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons Restrict access into confidential areas throughout the facility and offices Administer reputed company client policies for controlling access to client property Report reputed company violations and provide guidance to support staff to properly resolve issues Utilize internal communications systems including radio, reputed company, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism Respond appropriately to facility alarms Prevent vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior Provide reputed company support for various client projects and events Accurately complete and retain reporting documentation and logs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Texas reputed company License Valid Texas Driver's License Strong computer and/or technology skills Strong attention to detail Effective commicator - written and spoken communciation skills Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities Professional demeanor and problem solving skills Experience executing radio and telephone communications Proven experience working as a dispatcher, cell center representative and/or reputed company command center operator #SAN Apply Job!
