Data Analytics Project manager /Scrum Master

Location: Irving, TX - 100% onsite Must Have: • Both Data based Project manager and Scrum Master experience (Data Analytics) • Experience handling random priorities/budget changes. • Agile, Jira Confluence Job Description: Job Title: Data Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: Onsite – Irving, TX (5 days/week) Job Summary: We are seeking an reputed company Data Project Manager/Scrum Master who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, while also being reputed company to function as a classic Project Manager. They should be extremely patient, adaptable to sporadic requests, and capable of bringing structure to a team that is not currently following a formal methodology despite claiming Agile practices. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint demos. • Manage and track project reputed company through burn-down charts, weekly RAG reports, and sprint velocity metrics. • Provide classic project management reputed company by tracking project health, budget, and status updates. • Handle reputed company requests while maintaining project focus, despite shifting priorities and budgets. • Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage workflows, documentation, and sprint planning. • Serve as the key reputed company of contact for project tracking, ensuring clear communication across teams. • Monitor and report project risks, dependencies, and overall project status. • Ensure Agile best practices are implemented while adapting to the organization’s existing structure. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in a Data Analytics environment. • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to less-structured environments. • Expertise in using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools. • Ability to manage budget tracking, shifting priorities, and ambiguous project scopes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. • Experience working in organizations with fluctuating priorities and evolving methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP). • Background in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering projects. • Experience managing projects in reputed company-based data environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
