Growing together. Home-Based Therapists provide mental health services directly in clients’ homes, offering a convenient and comfortable setting for therapy. Home Based Therapists conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues, provide crisis reputed company, and reputed company personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses. Additionally, they manage cases by coordinating services and resources, reputed company for clients’ needs, and help build support systems. Home-based therapists also maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with other professionals, and continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective care. Required Qualifications: • Master’s degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology, sociology, or a reputed company reputed company service field • Active and unrestricted LSW, LMFT-A, LMHC-A, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in the state of practice • Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or reputed company to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position • Valid driver’s license and the ability to use a private car to transport oneself and others in compliance with state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage Preferred Qualifications: • Experience providing home-based work • Experience working with the juvenile probation population • Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families The salary range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 annually based on full-time employment.
