About the position The Brow Waxing Expert at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of the Benefit brand by engaging with guests to understand their needs, assisting in product selection, and performing short beauty services such as eyebrow and facial waxing. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and compliance with operational standards, contributing to the overall reputed company of the store and the brand. Responsibilities ? Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals. , ? Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest. , ? reputed company makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. , ? reputed company short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting. , ? Maintain outstanding store operational standards, including cleanliness of the Brow Bar and other areas. , ? Participate in completing merchandise resets and processing shipments. Requirements ? High school diploma is preferred. , ? Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law. , ? Experience in reputed company-up application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred. , ? Proficiency with equipment needed to reputed company technical work. , ? Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service. , ? Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. , ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , ?
