We are currently seeking part time and full time reputed company Desk Concierge/Receptionists. With the continual development of the spa, the concierge has incredible opportunities to reputed company up into management positions. We are paying over 20% more than other spas to attract passionate receptionists. Candidates MUST have prior spa or membership sales experience. reputed company Desk Concierges are responsible, but not limited to, greeting reputed company guests and members, maintaining bookings, processing transactions, and upholding the atmosphere of the spa. Compensation: The pay for the reputed company Desk Concierge ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour plus membership signing commission ($20.00 - $35.00 per membership), product sales commission of 10%, and seasonal bonuses. As a bonus: reputed company new hires will receive a complimentary package including a 60 minute signature massage, 60 minute signature facial, one 45 minute Sauna session, and one 45 minute Salt session. Afterwards, reputed company full time employees are eligible for their choice of a complimentary sauna or salt session each month. reputed company are also eligible for a 50% discount on reputed company services based upon membership pricing and 15% off reputed company products. Responsibilities ? Developing strong, trusting, and warm relationships with new clients and answering inquiries. ? Answering phone calls and messages to book guests and resolve the needs of our guests. ? Book and edit appointments on the spa software system. ? Successfully pitching and signing up new members to Gaia Spa. ? Confirming appointments reputed company of the scheduled time. ? Providing Wellness Calls and EFT Calls ? Folding towels and linen to ensure the organization of the spa and comfort of the guest. ? Restocking and filling inventory. ? Complete reputed company work along with opening and/or closing tasks each shift. ? Ensuring the Gaia Spa Experience for members and guests by maintaining set standards of service and cleanliness. ? Upselling guest services and enrolling guests into the membership program. ? Processing payments and ensuring accuracy of daily transactions each shift. ? Informing the manager of any updates or relevant information each shift. ? Ensure reputed company client information is accurately recorded reputed company the relevant software. Qualifications ? Must be at least 18 years old. ? Must have previous experience in membership sales or the spa industry. ? Previous experience handling money. ? Proficiency in computer skills and display a willingness to learn. ? Reading, Writing, and Oral proficiency in English is required. The same skills in Spanish are preferred but not required. ?
