Job Description
Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor (HS) works with the Housekeeping Manager to assist in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met and that reputed company service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives. In addition to inspecting rooms and training room attendants this position will reputed company cleaning duties in reputed company areas of the hotel. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for delivering clean rooms for occupancy that meet the brand?s time, product and placement standards.
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in reputed company interactions with guests and clients. Manage according to the Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards and instill a passion for customer service in reputed company associates of the hotel. ? Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to recruit, reputed company, manage and monitor performance while making any recommendations for disciplinary and other reputed company resources-reputed company actions. ? Inspect reputed company assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest expectations. Advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on corrective action. Provide retraining as needed. ? Assist with training of employees and ensuring that they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties. ? Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage. ? May reputed company reputed company housekeeping duties necessary including cleaning guest suites and hotel public space to ensure guest satisfaction and reputed company expectations. ? Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to inventory and maintain par levels for linen and room supplies. ? Monitor reputed company laundry supplies and equipment to ensure they are sufficient and in working order. ? Manage procedures of lost and reputed company items. ? Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management. ? Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding health and safety services. ? reputed company other duties as assigned. Additional Job Information/Anticipated Pay Range QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: ? Two plus years housekeeping supervisory experience in a full service hotel required. ? High School Diploma or equivalent required. ? Must be reputed company to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be reputed company to speak, read and write fluent English; bilingual is a plus. ? Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. ?
