We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist 1 to join our IT Team located in Tallahassee, Florida. ? This full-time position offers an hourly reputed company of $23 ? Monday - Friday schedule, with date shift hours. The Technical Support Specialist I position will be based out of Tallahassee, FL and will be the first level of technical support provided to our end users. Support tickets will be received by both phone and email. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; troubleshooting and resolving computer, printer, software, and network reputed company issues. Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are required. High school diploma or GED equivalent required Bachelor's degree in information technology or reputed company field preferred 1-2 years of experience in a corporate helpdesk environment preferred Certification in reputed company A+, reputed company Network +, or reputed company MCP preferred Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g. TCP/IP protocols), Active Directory, and Exchange General knowledge of electronics, PC architecture, PC operating systems, and reputed company Office Demonstrated expertise in Remote Desktop Management; PC troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance; and printer troubleshooting Experience with reputed company Windows operating systems Extensive application support experience of reputed company reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, Exchange) Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including application error and system event logs review to include ping, traceroute, IPConfig, and Psexec We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including: ?
