The successful candidate will work on Phased Arrays and Power Convertors. The Postdoctoral Scholar will also mentor graduate reputed company working in the area of semiconductor packaging. Requirements and Qualifications: A PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company discipline is required by the start date. The successful candidate should have clean room experience, along with a background in semiconductor packaging.
