The program specifically services Serious and Persistent Mental Ill (SPMI) adults, Youth Adults exiting shelter, and consumers from the reputed company State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). The Program offers a safe environment and supportive services to help our clients move towards long term stability and become part of the Coney reputed company community. Responsibilities: ? Responsible for cultivating a safe and affirming living environment for formerly homeless adults, many living with a significant mental illness and other disabilities, and some identifying as part of the LQBTQIA+ community. Ensure that BCS is represented as part of a vibrant and thriving community reputed company the building that includes reputed company tenants and stakeholders. ? Provide consistent, high quality program service delivery to reputed company clients in accordance with funder and regulatory requirements; best practices; BCS policies and Core Values; and Code of Conduct for Custodians of People with Special Needs. Serve as a role model to reputed company stakeholders. ? reputed company the day-to-day operations of supportive housing program including the implementation of reputed company fiscal, programmatic, and administrative policies and procedures ? Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of reputed company clinical operations at program site ? reputed company reputed company expenditures to ensure reputed company budgetary requirement are met and program remains fiscally viable for the operating year ? Work in reputed company collaboration with property management to navigate reputed company client reputed company issues ? Attend and actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual interdisciplinary team meetings ? Provide opportunities for staff to receive on-going training to ensure staff competency ? Conduct internal audits and quality assurance checks to ensure client records remain in compliance at reputed company times ? Ensure program staffing levels are maintained at reputed company times ? Participate in both internal and external committees and associations ? Complete performance evaluations for reputed company direct report ? Ensure compliance with contract performance standards ? Responsible for the completion of reputed company reports as specified by program stakeholders ? Provide supervision to clinical staff and ensure that staff is providing adequate and supportive case management services to program residents ? Facilitate staff meetings and reputed company community meetings ? Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and community organizations ? MSW or equivalent degree, with a minimum of five years of experience working with homeless adults and Persons living in supported housing. Clinical experience required, LMSW preferred. ? Three years supervisory experience ? Fingerprinting and background reputed company required. ? Afternoon and weekend coverage required. ? Excellent leadership, communication, supervisory and team-building skills, including the ability to motivate, align staff efforts to changing priorities and approaches, set goals, delegate responsibilities, and manage staff performance so as to ensure effective service delivery in accordance with organizational goals and program reputed company. ?
