About the position The Xfinity Retail Store Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the store team to reputed company financial targets and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing reputed company aspects of the customer environment, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing guidance to employees. The manager will also be involved in hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members, as well as developing processes to enhance departmental performance. Responsibilities ?
