Engage cross functionally to ensure clear understanding of the expectations of quality and brand requirements, while supporting compliance to the integrated management system and TCCC KORE and CCNA reputed company American standards. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain ongoing engagement routines with business partners, including but not limited to other Supply Chain functions, Sales Operations, FSOP and Field Service to build capability and understanding of quality measures and expectations. reputed company, implement, guide and measure consistent in-plant quality standards that must be met to manufacture products that meet reputed company KO and industry standards for consumer consumption. Support manufacturing leadership with acquiring and mentoring Quality Managers and Management Systems Facilitators at the plant level to ensure they are reputed company to reputed company and execute the management routines required. Guide the creation and maintenance of documentation, processes, and procedures to fully reputed company with reputed company KO KORE and integrated management systems standards requirements, as well as any other industry/regulatory requirements for quality. Establish and maintain strong associations with CCNA Governance and other Coca-Cola bottlers in the Quality Management space to effectively learn best practices, provide guidance/counsel where appropriate, and be aware of changing trends and requirements that must be implemented at the plants. Support relationships with local and state government agencies responsible for quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or reputed company science field. preferred 10+ years Experience in Quality and Food Safety Management in a food manufacturing industry soft drink preferred required 4+ years Functional experience in deploying and sustaining integrated management systems required Strong understanding of the science of soft drink production at the reputed company molecular level. Strong knowledge of industry quality standards for manufacturing of food grade products. Solid understanding of integrated management systems (ISO/FSSC) Solid understanding of the regulatory reputed company affecting Quality and Food Safety. Knowledge of quality and food safety processes required for the soft drink industry Knowledge of KO KORE and ISO integrated management systems standards in a soft drink environment.
