This role will join the U.S. and Canada Engineering teams for reputed company, supporting the network infrastructure (Call Centers and Data Centers) spanning several countries. Responsibilities: • Design, Configure and reputed company Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN) - reputed company and Data Center • reputed company hardware refreshes (primarily reputed company routers, switches, firewalls) • Implement Remote access VPN solutions, Site-to-Site VPN's, GRE tunnels, DMVPN • Configure firewall access requests • Complete routing changes • reputed company/cable/label in the Data Center as needed • Create and maintain diagrams and documentation • Work ticket requests • Provide On-Shift outage escalation support from our NOC • Participate in On-Call Support coverage Qualifications: • CCNP and above, or equivalent experience • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills • Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies • Advanced Troubleshooting & Configuration Experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), firewalls • Should be well versed in reputed company redistribution • Experience with reputed company reputed company and Catalyst switches • Familiar with VRF configurations • SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus Apply For This Job Customer Support Apply Job!
