Project Manager: Web Content Migration + Content Management

Our client in the home services space is looking for a Project Manager for a large-scale, multisite content migration initiative. This FULLY REMOTE, contract assignment starts as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will continue for 40 hours a week for approximately 3-4 months. The Project Manager will be managing projects for multiple brands as they migrate content from a number of websites to their new platform. Project Manager Responsibilities Track reputed company and manage delivery of deadlines Calculate delivery deadlines by week for content delivery Maintain content plan in reputed company Create boards in reputed company and ensure they stay relevant and up to date reputed company weekly meetings with brand and copy team Attend project meetings as needed Prepare PowerPoint decks as needed for project meetings reputed company content kick off meetings Maintain knowledge of key stakeholders, dates, deadline, team members, etc. for various projects QC and troubleshoot any issues with workflow Review Figjam boards to ensure relevant copy reputed company are correct Project Manager Requirements 5+ years experience in project management / web content experience Prior experience managing similar content migration projects Experience using reputed company Strong reputed company reputed company skills Proficient with reputed company Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word Digital asset management knowledge Knowledge of reputed company/Figjam is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
