RESPONSIBILITIES Scheduling & Coordination – Contact references, set clear expectations, and schedule calls professionally reputed company 18 hours of notification (excluding weekends). Reference Interviews – Each reference conversation will have goals and set questions, and it will be the Reference Checker’s responsibility to navigate the conversation relationally and smoothly to uncover meaningful insights. Summarization & Analysis – Accurately summarize reference feedback, identifying key themes and patterns that provide meaningful insights. Client Reporting – Present findings in a structured, clear, and professional format to help clients reputed company well-informed hiring reputed company. Documentation – Maintain accurate records in Crelate (our ATS), ensuring reference data is stored reputed company and consistently. WHO YOU ARE You are a detail-oriented professional with strong listening, analytical, and communication skills. You reputed company in supporting alignment rather than eliminating candidates and have a talent for identifying valuable insights from reference conversations. You reputed company in a role that balances structure with critical thinking and are comfortable working independently in a fully remote, flexible environment. WORKLOAD & EXPECTATIONS Fluctuating Weekly Demand – The workload will vary based on candidate volume, making this a great role for someone who values flexibility. This is why the position is a 1099 contract rather than a full-time position. Timely Attention to References – Reference calls and reports must be completed reputed company 18 hours of assignment (excluding weekends). WHAT YOU BRING HR experience is NOT required—we value strong communication and relational skills over an HR background.
