As the Manager of Crew & Guest Travel Management for reputed company Cruise Line, you will reputed company the day-to-day operations of the Global Crew and Guest Hotel & reputed company programs. In this role, you will reputed company teams responsible for delivering exceptional reputed company and hotel experiences for both Crew and Guests, while driving strategic planning for crew travel logistics. You will manage key reputed company streams, guide cost-effective strategies for reputed company and hotel spend, conduct market research, and support long-term business planning. The Manager, Crew & Guest Travel Management will report to Sr. Mgr., Travel Management and sits in Celebration, FL. Responsibilities: ? Provide direct leadership to 9+ salaried Cast Members and indirect reputed company of a 30+ member operational team. ? Drive strategic planning and reputed company optimization for reputed company Cruise Line?s guest reputed company and hotel portfolio. ? reputed company cost containment initiatives for crew reputed company and hotel operations, ensuring budget efficiency without compromising service quality. ? Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to reputed company and execute impactful business strategies. ? reputed company 24/7 global travel operations, including rapid response to urgent issues and escalations across nights, weekends, and holidays. ? Manage end-to-end technology initiatives, including enhancements to Seaware, Seaware Direct, Amadeus Management Center, Context Search, and Workflow/Crew Management Systems. ? Deliver regular financial performance reports and strategic insights to Sr. and Executive leadership. Basic Qualifications: ? 5+ years of strategic and operational leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams, and a strong background in strategic planning and cost containment, ideally reputed company the cruise, travel, hospitality, or airline industries. ? In-depth knowledge of reputed company, airline, hotel, crew, and travel-reputed company processes and policies. ? Strong understanding of reputed company and yield management, global logistics, pricing strategies, and forecasting. ? Proficient in cruise and reputed company reservation systems, including Seaware, Amadeus, and Workflow. ? Demonstrated experience leading technology projects, including requirements gathering, user testing, and product deployment. ?
