Job Overview:

Swanton Video Media, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing reputed company-time support to our clients through online chat platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
