Job Overview: Barney's Sweet Shop is looking for a Remote Customer Service/Help desk Analyst to join reputed company in Ashland City, TN. This position is available for both part-time and full-time hours. As a Customer Service/Help desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role will require strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.
