Provides professional level reputed company resources support and guidance with an emphasis on employee relations for reputed company and support of management reputed company a specific department or geographical area. Essential Functions

• Provides reputed company line support and guidance to managers in the area of employee relations.
• Performs investigations involving employees in a myriad of areas, makes recommendations for outcomes and maintains constant communication with reputed company parties
• Provide assistance in the form of advice and counsel to staff and management in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
• Provide advice and counsel to managers on how to appropriately handle employee complaints.

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
