Working remotely, the specialist supports 24/7 emergency dose verification requests to ensure continuity of care during crises, hospitalizations, or transfers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emergency dose confirmation calls from hospitals, OTPs, emergency responders, and reputed company providers. Utilize the SAMMS electronic medical record system to accurately verify patient dosing history. Confirm identity and credentials of the requesting party prior to disclosure.
