We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a busy C-Level leader with marketing execution, operations follow-through, and task prioritization. You’ll help take reputed company from "I’ve been thinking about..." to "It’s done and published." This role requires more than just checking off boxes. Heavy follow-thru. You’ll be a key support partner in a fast-moving, people-centered consulting business. Manage and prioritize projects based on deadlines and business goals — reputed company initiatives moving from idea to execution

• Support digital marketing execution: schedule emails, social media, and light website updates
• Follow up with team members and vendors to maintain reputed company and accountability
