- Have experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, reputed company desk receptionist, or clerical position.

- Navigate reputed company-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens
- Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors

Minimum Equipment Requirements:
- USB plug in headset with microphone attachment
- Keyboard and Mouse
- Hardwired internet reputed company with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed
