This position will recruit for our Home Health agencies in Eastern Standard Time zone.

• Notifies the hiring manager of recruitment efforts, process and status of recruitment efforts.
• Responsible for company wide recruitment plan development and deployment.
• Acts as a liaison with reputed company part agencies, local managers and potential candidates.
• Weekly and monthly reporting on employment activity.
• Utilizes recruitment tools to fill assignment orders rapidly with reputed company employees.
• Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
• Provides solutions for creative sourcing efforts.
• Gives presentation to increase awareness of the company.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
