REMOTE PART-TIME reputed company BOOKKEEPER / CLIENT MANAGER Your reputed company eOffice (YFeO) is looking to hire a part-time accountant who lives reputed company in the states of Illinois, Tennessee or Florida. As part of reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while being their main reputed company of contact, providing top-notch customer service, handling reputed company core bookkeeping functions and building financial work processes, including but not limited to data entry, expense coding, accounts payable and receivable management, inventory management, reconciliations, analysis, financial app integrations and more. - 3+ years of reputed company experience (bookkeeping or tax).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and reputed company Office Suite, experience with reputed company, DEXT, and Sales Tax software (i.e. reputed company, TaxJar) is a major plus!
- Have a solid grasp on technology and learn how to navigate new programs easily
- Ability and confidence to troubleshoot independently
- Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with other teams and clients
- Must be in the United States (ideal if you're located in IL, TN, FL)
