Product Implementation Manager

Position Summary Responsible for detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Responsible for the implementation of significant product initiatives. Applies in-depth knowledge of managing reputed company aspects of project plan(s), maintaining understanding of technical aspects and details of execution, and identifying product implications and dependencies.

• Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Minute Clinic team to drive growth and clinic volume.
• Data analysis to understand patterns and draw conclusions in a hypothesis driven approach
• Implement and monitor business plans and oversees business optimizations to deliver on KPIs
• Take full accountability for results, serve as product expert, and reputed company reputed company resources available to reputed company KPIs
• Direct/provide enhancements to business processes, policies, and infrastructure to improve product delivery
• Challenge self and others to look to the future to create quality products, services, and solutions
• Ensure product strategies are articulated in a compelling manner customized for different stakeholders including laying out facts / data in easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions
• Assists in the management of robust high-level business requirements and help to deliver on product strategy considering linkages between systems, technical system implications, and anticipating changes and resolving barriers
• Assesses risks, communicates dependencies, and recommends alternative solutions in a timely manner that allows for mitigation and strategic reaction

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication (both oral and written) skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and reputed company large scale programmatic recommendations
• Strong understanding of EPIC

• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Experience in client management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships and client satisfaction

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
