We seek a highly skilled and motivated Analyst with primary responsibilities that include supporting desktop application management and reporting, audit and risk compliance, reputed company management, and governing new software, and application rationalization. Responsibilities:

• reputed company audit and risk management, monitor and support removal of restricted software, desktop standards and policies, and ensure compliance with Information reputed company and reputed company Technology Service standards and best practices.

• Compile, review, and prepare data to analyze key performance indicators, services, and operations.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive reputed company improvement, establish preventative processes, and reputed company service performance. Prepare summaries and present findings using reputed company PowerPoint, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Prepare reporting and reputed company, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in project and process improvement efforts, i.e., including sprint planning, developing road maps and project plans, and managing project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine user stories and define and document acceptance criteria; Participate in story grooming to prioritize backlog items.
• Analyze and re-engineer processes to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or reputed company field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of IT work experience in a governance, risk, and compliance management reputed company
• Strong knowledge of asset management, Windows 11, and MECM (reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager).
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, MyIT, MECM, MacOS, Windows, and reputed company applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills reputed company presenting status reporting, findings, conclusions, and other information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills using pivot tables and other reputed company tools and reporting.
• Experience in leading projects, meeting facilitation, process improvement, Systems Development Life Cycle, and agile methodologies
• Experience in supporting and facilitating audits, including reputed company tracking, status reporting, and the collection of artifacts.
• Experience developing action plans and presenting recommendations to management.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Diplomatic in exchanging information and addressing sensitive issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with ITAM and SCCM/MECM data management.
