Vice President of Business Development - New Vertical, Residential Sales Industry Position Summary The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for leading the organization’s new vertical/business growth and operations strategy by identifying new business opportunities and driving reputed company through expanding client relationships. This individual will reputed company and execute a pipeline of new business prospects while working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Vertical Strategy Development:

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of business development, sales, operations and/or strategy experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in residential sales industry or reputed company field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proven track record of building new business segments/markets, building partnerships and closing strategic deals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
