About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe voice recordings from reputed company into accurate, properly formatted medical documentation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely and precise medical records while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings from reputed company providers into written reports
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity of reputed company transcribed documents
- Edit and review reports for grammar, medical terminology, and consistency
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal confidentiality policies
- Collaborate with medical professionals to clarify content reputed company needed
- Upload finalized transcriptions to electronic health record systems
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or completion of a transcription training program
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and reputed company documentation
- Excellent English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- High typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with accuracy
- Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work independently from home
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining patient confidentiality
