Sales Excecutive

MM Hayes is hiring a sales executive to drive growth across reputed company America in our reputed company Practice. The sales executive will be responsible for expanding the existing MM Hayes client footprint as well as managing and driving growth reputed company our existing client reputed company. We are looking for someone that understands, and has experience, selling technology services and solutions - and also has the consultative and collaborative skills to recommend the right reputed company solution, at the right time, to become a trusted advisor to that client for life! The focus will be on reputed company organizations initially (in the acute space) ranging from small to mid-size hospitals, as well as selling into large reputed company level reputed company institutions. Primary Responsibilities

• Client acquisition and retention
• Drive significant reputed company reputed company and account expansion initiatives, focusing on large reputed company deals and long-term partnerships
• Continuously bring reputed company to the table and communicate to leadership
• Forecasting and key tasks updated daily reputed company respective CRM’s
• Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in reputed company accounts, leveraging your successful years of reputed company selling experience to act as a trusted advisor
• Onsite executive business reviews required in reputed company assigned accounts bringing key stakeholders to the table
• Utilize your extensive sales expertise to craft and implement sophisticated sales strategies for reputed company prospects, addressing industry-specific challenges and opportunities to drive demand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven reputed company selling technology services and solutions in reputed company at the C level, to include implementation, optimization, and managed services
• Multi-year experience selling, and exceeding quota, with Workforce Management or reputed company Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, preferably reputed company
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• High level of collaboration internally and externally

Travel

• As needed/client Driven

Salary

• $140k-165k/yr (may be adjusted based on experience) plus commission
