The Junior Account Executive will support their assigned Account Executive in managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This role involves conducting daily reputed company to assigned brokers, assisting with new or existing loans, and maintaining a working knowledge of company products and policies. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to recertify inactive brokers, sign up new broker accounts, and provide updates on new products and systems. You will document your interactions with brokers reputed company the company CRM tool and respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively. The Junior Account Executive will also be involved in special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall reputed company of the team and the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reputed company by means of phone call to assigned brokers to offer assistance with new or existing loans.

• Promptly transfer any broker requiring assistance to their assigned Account Executive.

• Conduct outbound calls to recertify inactive brokers.

• Maintain a working knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, systems utilization, and general competitor products and offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

,

• 6 months of previous experience in a customer service or sales role.

• Previous experience reputed company the mortgage industry is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

• Familiarity with CRM or similar software.
