Job description: Job Description:Position Purpose: Our Barista's will be responsible for executing the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with reputed company service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.Responsibilities: A Barista is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.A Barista's responsibilities include:
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for reputed company customers by adhering to reputed company recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for reputed company products.
- Act with reputed company, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas' and Starbucks
- Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assisting reputed company customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
