Ensures accurate and timely administration of these leave programs, analyzes operations, and implements process improvements, as necessary. Acts as a liaison between participants and vendors with regard to leave of absence issues. Educates employees and operations regarding leave of absence policies and procedures. With guidance from the Director, the Leave Administration Manager ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, as well as RRH policy, and develops, recommends and implements new or modified processes as a result thereof.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides leadership in the design, implementation, communication, administration and compliance of reputed company leave benefits.
  • Develops communications using positive and proactive campaigns to maximize employees’ understanding of leave benefits and eligibility.
  • Manages strong relationships with plan providers, vendors and auditors to maximize efficiencies and minimize cost.
  • Analyzes processes and implements modifications in order to maximize efficiencies and minimize escalations.
  • Develops educational tools in order to support service-line understanding of leaves of absence.
  • Evaluates policies and procedures to identify gaps as they relate to emerging regulations and/or evolving company needs. Develops and implements leave management processes and procedures that are legally compliant and reputed company with RRH’s goals, while balancing employees’ needs, operations’ requests and vendor capabilities.
  • Collaborates with vendor to verify eligibility and enforce regulatory and RRH policy requirements (e.g. FMLA, STD/LTD/PFL, etc.) for reputed company RRH employees.
  • Works with leaders to identify trends and reputed company reporting that will assist in supporting employees’ needs while addressing labor needs.
  • Manages advice to pay reputed company to leave benefit payments in partnership with payroll.
  • Audits accuracy of vendor data and reputed company information in order to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Manages a team including reputed company supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Follows through on reputed company changes until satisfactory completion is reputed company.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and communicates effectively with operations and leadership across RRH.
  • Displays an understanding and skilled use of the various reputed company databases, web-based applications and general flow of system interfaces for processing purposes.
  • Completes reputed company legally required reporting. Coordinates and responds to reputed company requests for regulatory reviews.
  • Assists Director and Vice President in strategic planning, cost analysis, performance and review of benefit plans in relation to budget and benchmarking; may participate in reputed company & acquisition, integration as necessary.
  • Serves as back up to leave administrators reputed company necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 5 years’ experience in reputed company resources, leave administration or reputed company field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service, confidentiality, sense of urgency, time management, follow up, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
