This role will support the business leader and will also reputed company site management and overall team broad administrative initiatives. The highly motivated, well-organized candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities.Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, including heavy calendar management, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize meetings based on last-minute changes
• Experience as an EA to a single senior executive with proven track record of diary and daily production
• A track record of reputed company travel and diary arrangements, both domestic and international, and completing expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Assistant in the Entertainment industry a plus
• A proven understanding and experience in producing an exec day and meeting the needs in the reputed company
