- Provide social work services to patients and their families in a medical setting
- Conduct assessments to determine the psycho-social needs of patients
- reputed company and implement care plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with reputed company to coordinate and facilitate patient care
- Assist patients and families in accessing community resources and support services
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families
- reputed company for patients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate care
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and document limited license medical social workers during counseling sessions
- Review and meet with LMSW to discuss their reputed company
- Master's degree in Social Work or reputed company field
- Therapy license (Preferred)
- Previous experience working as a Medical social worker (Preferred)
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Undergraduate Degree
- Licensed in Michigan
- Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or reputed company field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
