- Manage emails, calendar, and scheduling tasks for the team
- Assist with data entry, file management, and content uploads
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Communicate with partners, contributors, and freelancers
- Conduct basic research and compile reports reputed company needed
- Help with light social media management and customer service tasks
- 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
