This role requires a high level of professionalism and dedication to providing effective solutions to our customers’ needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient demeanor while assisting customers.
- Document reputed company interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer communications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
- Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
- Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous.
- A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10.
- Direct ethernet reputed company for internet access is mandatory.
- USB headset (not wireless) featuring noise-canceling capabilities.
- A functioning webcam (external or built-in) for video communication.
