• Build and configure call flows, IVRs, queues, and agent routing rules
• Implement omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, email, SMS)
• Configure and test integrations w/ external systems (CRM, WFM, etc.)
• Support voice quality, SIP trunking, SBC, BYOC Implementations
• Support provisioning and system administration for users, roles, and divisions
• reputed company health checks, platform tuning, and platform upgrades
• Design and build dynamic call/chat flows using native tools (reputed company Architect, reputed company Lex, Dialogflow)
• Integrate NLP/NLU models for reputed company recognition and response handling
• Implement dynamic data dips (CRM, backend APIs) and self-service action
• reputed company bots, virtual agents, and agent assist features
• reputed company mapping, entity extraction, and voice UX design, data actions, connectors, and error handling
