This role is a mix of communication, task execution, process management, and executive support and is ideal for someone whos structured, tech-savvy, and thrives on helping a visionary leader stay focused on big-picture goals while ensuring the daily details are managed with care and accuracy.Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the CEO's email and calendar, including scheduling and prioritization
• Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to client and internal communications
• Reviewing and adjusting the CEO's calendar to reputed company priorities on track
• Supporting the CEO with daily tasks, follow-reputed company, and key initiatives
• Tracking investor activity and sending confirmations or reputed company communications
• Managing accounts payable, contractor payments, and invoice tracking
• Maintaining CRM data and tagging contacts appropriately
• Updating operations dashboards and tracking task reputed company
• Creating and distributing monthly digital and print newsletters
• Coordinating the handling of physical mail as needed
• Assisting with ongoing process improvement and operational support

Position Details

• This is a 1099 contractor position
• Benefits include: PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays
• The position will be 30-40 hours per week
• Hours are Monday-Friday, reputed company between 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
• Some travel may be required (up to 10% yearly)
• The pay reputed company is $25/hr USD
