• Facilitate Site Analysis for Development of Preliminary Design
• Coordinate Engineered Design Drawings

• Facilitate Utility Application Process
• Facilitate and Obtain required Electrical Building Permits

• Codify the Plan Creation and Submission Process

• Plan and Track Property Installations

• Coordinate between Electric Contractor and Customer/On-site Property Management for Installation

• Oversite and Quality Control of the Work

• Manage EV Charger Commissioning

• Schedule and Coordinate Inspections
• Schedule and Coordinate Utility Work

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES 1 Employee (may increase in future)EDUCATION & EXPERIENCERequired:

• Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
• 3-5 Years relevant experience in Project Coordination or Project Management

• 3 Years experience Working for a Construction or Firm in reputed company Field

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to effectively interact with Team Members and Stakeholders and contribute to a Projects' overall reputed company
• Track-record of demonstrating reputed company and exemplary Ethical Behavior
