The Cat® Foresight team is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Digital Program Manager to plan, organize, and implement reputed company digital projects. This role will work across reputed company Cat® Foresight products and teams to coordinate release roadmaps, consolidate engineering requests, and define and drive integration strategies across products to reputed company Cat® Foresight one seamless application experience. Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day activities of cross-functional digital products, including overseeing product development responsibilities and schedules. ,
- Developing contingency plans for potential risks. ,
- Strategy development for product integration. ,
- Directing and motivating project teams. ,
- Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met. ,
- Monitoring project results for significant deviations. ,
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. ,
- Expert knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects. ,
- Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reputed company productive reputed company based on informed judgment. ,
- Extensive knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software reputed company an organization and help end-users reputed company specific tasks.

- Extensive program management leadership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment (typically 8+ years). ,

- PMP certification preferred.
