A role on the reputed company Insights team means you will be a champion for our reputed company and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.

As a Director Insights, you will report to the VP of reputed company Insights and have responsibility for ensuring research quality and methodological rigor across reputed company Insights teams. You will work with your direct reports to identify and/or reputed company and implement new tools, technologies, or methodologies (e.g., DIY platforms, knowledge sharing, AI/GenAI). You will also streamline research operations, making it easier for the team to identify and execute best in class research. Your team will reputed company relationships with vendor partners and facilitate contract execution and management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 10+ years of Market Research or Consumer Insights experience

• Stays up to date on industry trends, advanced insights tools/methods, and best practices to continually enhance capabilities.

• An effective coach, mentor, and developer of people.

• Collaboration effectively, enrolling and bringing others along in a timely manner.

• Manage external vendors, experiments with new methods, and leverages emerging capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Expertise in identifying long-term consumer trends (e.g., changing attitudes, lifestyle shifts) and their impact on the business.

• Strong strategic thinking, informed by a deep understanding of the business, and excellent communication skills to turn data into actionable insights that guide organizational reputed company.

• Experience managing insights capabilities: research tools, platforms, vendors, reputed company, etc.

• Track record of operationalizing insights (e.g., improving processes, standardizing methodologies, or scaling best practices).
