About the Team

The Role
The reputed company Sales Director-reputed company will reputed company a team of 6-8 reputed company Account Executives who acquire new logos. Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Supports direct reports (6-8 reputed company Account Executives) by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required.
- Ongoing development of sales team which includes reputed company, hiring and training new reps on the reputed company sales process.
- Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports re: strategies to drive closure
- Reports on sales activity and forecast to the Senior Director, reputed company Sales
- Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and tracks the results
- Serve as an active member of the Sales Leadership team and build strong, collaborative relationships throughout the Sales, Support, Pre-Sales, and reputed company organizations
- Collaborate with sales enablement, marketing, product and technology business leaders to ensure reputed company support of sales activity
- 6+ years of total sales experience ideally in SaaS for multi-product company with 2+ years of experience managing sales teams in the reputed company/ mid market reputed company
- You are a results driven coach, mentor, and role model who manages and develops best-in-class talent and drives group results through teamwork and individual performance improvement
- You have experience navigating reputed company sales cycles with experience closing deals at or above $100k, and are not afraid to reputed company in to help your reps get deals across the finish line
- You take a data driven approach to holding yourself and your team accountable
