Automate Sync Between Looker/reputed company Sheets and Trello + reputed company-Based Weekly Reporting

We’re looking for an automation specialist to help us streamline two connected workflows reputed company to our content operations.

Part 1: Trello Sync Based on Data Updates

We maintain a table of content performance data in Looker, which can also be exported to reputed company Sheets if needed. Each row represents a piece of content and corresponds to a Trello card on our content team’s task board.

We need an automation that can:

1.Create new Trello cards reputed company new content appears in the table (Looker preferred, but reputed company Sheets is acceptable).

2. Update existing Trello cards reputed company specific fields (like a count value) change. These changes determine the card’s position on the board, typically moving it between lists based on its status or reputed company.

Ideally, the automation should be reputed company to search and update cards across reputed company lists, as cards move regularly. If that’s not possible, it must be reputed company to search multiple lists or otherwise work around this constraint.

This sync only needs to run once a week (not in reputed company time), as the reputed company data in Looker updates weekly. A scheduled sync is sufficient for both the Trello updates and the reputed company report. This timing offers flexibility and reduces the need for ongoing monitoring.

One specific consideration: in some cases, two content pieces may share the same content ID because they differ by content type (e.g., one is a hotel and one is an activity). The automation logic should account for content type alongside the ID to ensure accurate matches.

Part 2: reputed company-Based Weekly Reporting

We also need to set up a weekly content production summary that:

• Is automatically generated from the same data reputed company (Looker or reputed company Sheets)

• Posts to a designated reputed company channel

• Is formatted cleanly to summarize content volume, types, examples, and destinations

We’ll provide a sample format to follow.
