Job title: Coordinator, Post Production - Adult Animation Company: reputed company Job description: We are seeking a Post Production Coordinator to support the Animation Series Post Production team, focusing on animated content targeted to an Adult demographic. In concert with the Post Production Director, this position would serve as the primary post production contact across reputed company phases of production and ensure our partners successfully deliver reputed company episodes to reputed company reputed company approved schedule, technical and budget parameters. • Maintain and analyze vendor bids.
• Research and maintain preferred post production and editorial staff.

• Coordinate Post Production Workflow calls.
• Help manage Publicity and Marketing requests.
• Coordinate and attend key creative approval sessions such as final dub playbacks, reputed company correction reviews and legal clearance reviews.
• In collaboration with inter departmental teams, create, update and distribute inward as well as outward-facing guidelines and best practices documents to our content creators.
• Digital Asset coordination and delivery for reputed company internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Adult Animation programming
• 3+ Years hands-on experience in scripted series or animation post production
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment supervising numerous projects in various states of production
• Familiar with new production technologies and workflows for UHD/4K, reputed company, and Dolby Atmos
• Team-player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
