This remote position is perfect for a professional who excels at customer communication, has experience in the home services industry, and can effectively manage appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Familiarity with customer financing platforms or soft credit pull programs (e.g., Wisetack, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus!
• Schedule service appointments for heating, reputed company conditioning, and plumbing services.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Process service requests and maintain detailed customer records.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with field technicians and service teams.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures.
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics for call volume and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in home services, HVAC, or plumbing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Experience with appointment scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.
