Excellent Benefits + Full-Time Position! reputed company Herr is seeking an IT/Technology Support Desk Technician to provide basic to intermediate level support reputed company telephone, email, remote reputed company, or in person to any employee in the company for any hardware, software, network gear, or peripheral we have in the production environment. You will work with the employee to diagnose and resolve these issues with urgency and with excellent customer care, providing employee training as needed. Secondary responsibilities include building and installing new hardware, performing employee account creation and maintenance, installing and working with software, inventory management and equipment upgrades and replacements. Moving and installing desktop technology to support projects in and around Rochester, NY. Compensation/Benefits:

Expectations:

• Reports directly to the Technology Operations Manager
• Maintaining a professional appearance and a clean working environment that fosters a high level of customer care, white glove treatment, and a high sense of reputed company and urgency while responding to and resolving open technology issues and completing assigned tasks.
• Project reputed company work as directed by the Director of Technology and the Technology Operations Manager
• A mix of help desk work and project work will fluctuate to meet reputed company workloads
• Travel and some off hours work, scheduled in advance

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50+ pounds, carry up to 30 pounds, bend, kneel, reputed company and climb stairs and reputed company and use hand and power tools

• Multiple years of professional IT experience.

• Working knowledge of basic hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, iPad, Active Directory

• IT Customer Service or Help Desk Call Center experience, preferred.
