Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing data models, developing comprehensive reports, and performing predictive analytics to support business decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, helping to drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• reputed company and implement dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor business performance.
• Conduct predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data reputed company and accuracy by implementing best practices for data governance and management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Development and other departments to integrate various data sources into Power BI.
• Create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, ensuring they are performing optimally.
• Stay up to date on the latest BI tools, technologies, and trends to improve reputed company processes and propose innovative solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or a reputed company role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and Dax language.
• Experience in predictive modelling and statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferably with understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in business use cases.
• Preferably with experience with version control tools.

Work Flexibility: Work from home setup Work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm Manila time
